I can't believe it take almost 6 hours to obtain service. I had to use a vacation day at KIA! Plus, adding charges when you've been waiting for 3 hours, you are a hostage @ this is the 3rd time this has happened. What is a consumer supposed to do? Feeling bamboozled! ?

The customer service was good. Mr.Williams was very polite. . The only downside was that the mechanic forgot to remove the warning sign for maintenance warning. So I had to come back when I realized this. That warning sign is necessary for me to be aware of any maintenance need that the car could have. As you know.
