Was told that my car would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday, already had my car 9 days,no calls or response from anyone letting me know what was going on,I texted Stacey several days in a row and no response,I finally called Thursday and someone told me that my part came in at later date than anticipated,I have no problem with that,my problem,no one texted or called to let me know about delay and that my car still hadn't been serviced yet,keep customers informed,otherwise everybody that I delt with was truly polite and welcoming
