Three(3) hours waiting for nothing more then a oil change on my opinion is excessive. Like Valley Hi your customers are have busy days also
I will be 80 years old in a few months and I could do a oil change in 15 to 20 min. I will day that your representative made the effort to make it up to me by giving me a free tire rotation,for which I appreciate.

Brenda Serrano was very rude and unprofessional when advising me on my servicing needs. She not only embarrassed me in front of other customers but, she made me feel as though she thought I was incompetent! When explaining that my tires needed rotating I initially declined I had just been recently diagnosed with a medical condition I had 4 of my small grandkids and I wanted to get my oil changed and leave! But when she came over to the lounge area very loud saying your tires are bad and used cars are sold as is! I felt humiliated in front of the other customers. I’m not dumb this is not my first used or new car purchase. Was I treated this way because my oil change was free? Very disappointed!!!

The service department is amazing. I went down the hill and ended up being down there longer than I had anticipated and they worked with me so that I was able to still pick up my car the next day even though the service department was closed. They are amazing and I love Valley Hi Kia!
