I usually don't do this but is necessary today..Vincent Roman thank you for helping me this morning..because the big fat guy seating next to you was a completely asshold when I arrived for my 10:30 he was playing with his phone(it was not the business phone)and I was standing in from of him for a couple of minutes "I said hi I've a 10:30 appointment he told in a very rude way I'm busy I'll help you when I'm done"...I've bought 4 cars from you guys I can always go someplace else...
