You have one very unhappy customer. I take my care in for a regular checkup, oil change, tire rotation and cooling system flush. I spent over $150 dollars only to take my car home and find oil all over my garage floor the very next morning. However since I was out of town I had my wife take the car in on Saturday and was told they couldn’t find the problem. I brought the car back on Monday and showed them pictures of my garage floor and on the driveway. Told them to keep the car until they fixed it. No one ever called me I had to do the follow up myself. The communication with your dealership was horrible. You did get another $100 out of me because I had an extended warranty. I will be looking for another auto service company.

I was traveling to Las Vegas when the "check engine " showed on the dash. It so happened I was close to there, and right there and there she highly recommended to leave my suv. She told me it's unsafe. She acted to my needs immediately, uber me to the rental car, and gave daily updates on the status of my car. I wish I live clise by so I can go there for all my Kia needs. My car is my baby, and I want the best care and service which Brenda, Stuart, and the whole Valley Hi Kia had provided. Now, I am just waiting for Kia Customer Care to transport to my residence. Kudos to Valley Hi Kia and I hope there will be one in my area.
