You guys are always doing a good job with my kia soul especially when today of it’s second maintenance within the 6 month period. I am just grateful that the Kia Dealership is still doing their best efforts to make sure to every kia driver and owner during these times of the current pandemic crisis right now, I do appreciate everything you have done including Stacy she was very welcome and kind-hearted.

I had a question on the work dinner on the car. It was mentioned there was a leak in the windshield washer tank. The salesman had gone to lunch the other lady didn't seem concerned. I had to press to see the mechanic. He said it was just the neck of the tank but didn't now this on the work order. Attention to detail is why we come to the dealer. Now I feel I have to watch them more carefully, maybe go to another mechanic that communicates better.
