I was absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Mike King. I was not completely satisfied with the decision by the Honda Corporation to hold me entirely financially responsible for this service appointment. I had a tiny hole in an otherwise undamaged wheel which caused a tire to lose air repeatedly, and my Pilot is beyond the 3 year/36000 mile warranty. Since there was no damage to the wheel which caused the hole in the wheel, it was clearly the result of some sort of imperfection in the wheel during its manufacture. I would not mind paying part of the cost of the repair, but think it was unfair to me to bear the entire $190 + cost for the repair. Honda needed to accept part of the responsibility for this service call.
