Completely satisfied with the service I received from Robert Quintana. In fact, I want to keep him as my regular service advisor/manager. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and makes sure you, as a customer are informed, regarding the work that needs to be done and why its necessary to have the work completed.

I am a loyal Honda fan/owener. I met TOM when I called Arrowhead Honda after my precious dealership (Bell Honda who I had been with for 15 years! ) failed to communicate honestly in regards to my recall. After months of Bell Honda doing nothing, a friend told m about Arrowhead Honda. TOM answered the phone when I called. He patiently listened to me and immediately took action. The recall work was completed in two weeks.....all thanks to TOM. Can't give him enough kudos and very thankful he is my new service rep. He does not oversell what I need nor does he use scare tactics....something I always faced with the previous deadership and service rep. I would highly recommend him.
