This is the second time in a row that I was not satisfied with auto butler. My complaint then and now is that they did a poor job of cleaning the interior of the car. I personally removed all content and debris from the car. The glove box and center console only needed to be vacuumed out. They both were untouched. The leather seats and dashboard were ok but did not sparkle like they did one time. The exterior and tires were ok.

The sound that I heard that I brought the car in for originally it is still making that sound is soon as I backed off from the parking lot at the dealership it made the same sound so that wasn't fixed. There's no need to contact me. The car was to be detailed. After I arrived to pick it up, I found things that had not been done. I was told that there had been miscommunication between my salesman who took it in and the detailers. I pointed out what had been omitted and it was corrected.

I had to spend over an hour to reset my display screen when i returned home. I called Quick Lane for over the telephone assistance. I was told to bring my vehicle back in . I drove over 60 miles round trip for what i expected excellent service. I was extremely dissappointed. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. Next oil change i will try the Ford dealership by my home.

I can still see specks from when they did the undercoating and it got all over the back and sides of my cab. This should never have happened in the first place and should have been cleaned properly while service had it. I was told I would be given information on what was used to remove that overspray...but I never did get that information.
