My appointment was made in early June for today at 11:00am my car sat for an hour on the parking lot without service. I then spoke with Brian and then my car was taken for service. I did not leave your establishment until 1:45. You guys should realize that people may have other business to take care of. Also this is not the first time this has happened.I do not hold Brian responsible he does the intake of the vehicle, responsibility should be on the supervisor of the department of those who apply the auto butler.
