Yes it was great experience. There was Aman in the parts Dept. When I called about getting the part. He was so helpful he told me the part was on national back order. He further researched and gave me number to a place in Kansas City. We called they found a dealer out there that had this part and within 4 days it was delivered to our home. Great Customer Service all the way around.

Customer service was outstanding however I did have to bring my car in for second time and when I received my car I noticed that there was a dent on the Ford emblem on the rear of my vehicle that was not previously there. Other than that Mussa, Cree, Aisha and the other staff members were outstanding in making sure that I was taken care of.

I asked how long would my service take and I was told
About 3 hours but I explained that I also had another appointment and I didn't want to reschedule it for the 3rd time. He explained all they had to do and it could take up to 3 hours so I sat down. To my surprise he came bac to me and said Ms. Smith it looks like you will make your appointment after all because your vehicle is ready. It only took about 1&. 1/2 hours. I left very happy.
