The actual service itself was fine. However, I was upset because I arrived for an 8:00 am appt, only to have to wait 2 hrs for an oil change because persons with no appt were waiting ahead of me!
Why make an appt if you still have to wait so long to be served!?

On 1-17-2018 I arrived before 8:00am to have a oil change and to check the passenger rear tire due to the sensor light and having to add air to the tire every three days. So the Works oil change was performed on the vehicle and after a hour or so it was completed. On the work order it specified to check that tire but apparently I was told Bryon Jones said he put air in the tires to the correct pressure and moved on. After requesting a second time to check the tire and another hour and a half later he stated there was a nail in the tire and he repaired it I assume. When I questioned him about it he stated the tire was full of snow and he just put air in the tires and let it go. I feel that was unexceptable and a waste of my time because this could have been done when he rotated the tires...This is my second vehicle I have brought to this location. I prefer bringing my cars here for oil changes and any other issue including the Ford Focus on file at this location. I finally cashed out at 10:35am....
