Jillian is the best. Always friendly and knows her stuff. She should be rewarded for being the best employee in the quick lube department.

Took longer than estimated. Other than that David took great care of me. He kept me informed as to progress on the service. Because the dealership, by chance, had the parts they were installed on what was an inspection appointment thus saving me the need to make another appointment and tie the vehicle up a second time. All in all I'd give a score of 96 out of 100. Other than the time factor I'm very happy. Really enjoyed talking with the entire service writing staff.

After being called to pick my vehicle up saying it was completed, when I got there the interior looked like it was barely touched. I left the vehicle to be cleaned over. The 2nd time was better but I wasn't satisfied it could have been a lot better.

The only issue we have had is a Sync software problem. Since the day we brought our car the Sync has never worked propearly. Each time we attempted to bring it in the Quick Lane they said it was a software glitch and they were unable to get it to upload. Then we were instructed to try the upload at home - still nothing. Other than that we have enjoyed our vehicle and the courteous and friendly service received through the years and have never taken our car anywhere but Sutton! Now we are informed there is a fee to have the Sync looked at so next time we will try to get that done. Keep up the good work.
