Why didn’t the mechanic replace the fiberglass or cotton that was removed, was there a reason the fiberglass or cotton wasn’t replaced, I paid $75.00 for the labor, I’m supposed to receive a call from Melissa Monday explaining why if the cotton is replaced am I obligated to pay another charge for labor, I just need an answer or did the person who removed the material doesn’t think the fiberglass was a necessity, I am and have always been satified with Sutton Ford, it’s always a pleasure to be serviced by Sutton Ford
