I was not the person who dropped off the vehicle, it was my husband. He was given a hard time about using points with the customer service lady. She was not very nice.

Erik was fair, he must make sure he gives his clients his undivided attention, he was occupied on the phone instead making sure his customer had everything they needed. For example, I had to ask for a shuttle, it was not offered and then when I waited for so long another service rep called me a Lift. Right now I’m basing this survey on how well my car is running which is good so far.
