Melissa was very courteous and helpful. She explained the process in which my car would be taken care of. After the work was done I came to pick my Edge up and she went the extra mile to go and bring it around to me. Melissa my arthritis was really hurting and you made a difference in my day. To top that off when I got in the car a thank you card was on my steering wheel and thanking me for letting Ford service my car. Thank you so much Melissa "you made my day"!

Everything Miss Harris was great there was just a misunderstanding about the Air filter in my Car I wanted it replaced, I Agreed to wait cause the shop did not have 1 on site, I told her I wanted the old air filter the car somewhere on that seats she thought I said to leave the old one in the engine, besides that this young lady was Absolutely wonderful, and I told her that , this was before I found out the mechanic didn't put the new one in and also it had not arrived yet! I'd still like it done tho .!

Jessica was amazing she checked me in and called me back to update and tell me my vehicle was ready
However the cashier experience was unacceptable today
There was a Ford employee at the cashier that was being attended to for over 15 minutes while me and 2 others waited for that length of time.
Don’t know all the details, but it was the longest I waited at a Ford dealer check out ever
