I got the works package and I believe 6 quarts were added. If that is the case, I have a 2020 mustang gt and I believe they take 8-10 quarts of oil which would be a problem if I was sent away with only 6. The service was quick and without other issue.

The auto butler was fine everything was fine with the service person. The problem was trying to get a shuttle back to the dealership. It took me 23 minutes to calling and I still didn’t get anybody so the cashier said she would give them a message. 10 minutes later no one called me by then it was almost 6 o’clock finally I called the quick lane again and let it ring and ring and ring. Finally someone answered and I got a ride but it was very frustrating trying to get a ride back there when the quick lane is the only number I can call and no one was there to answer
