My truck needed the AC repaired which you did. However your Mechanic did something wrong he knock out the power too my windows and door locks also my interior lights are flashing off and on like turn signals. Am not happy at all.

I brought my car in on Thursday and was told it would be ready on Friday. On Friday, I didn’t hear from Malissa. I called her around 3:30. She said oh she meant to call me because the parts weren’t all in. She then stated that the car would be ready on Monday. Though I was upset, I said okay. On Monday I received some type of generated text that I didn’t understand. I never heard back from Malissa. So I called at 5;00 and the office said she was gone for the day. They connected me to Quick lane who put a note in the system. I received a call from her at 6:59 am telling me she was sorry for the inconvenience and that the car would be done today. I feel that this was unprofessional and put me in position of having to get Uber rides every where because my van is my only transportation. She said she’d give me 5% off for my inconvenience. When I tried to use my senior discount through AARP I was told that Sutton was no longer honoring AARP . She then said that even if that were the case she already gave me a 5% discount. I am disappointed, because if you gave me a discount because the company could me to be inconvenience why would that hinder my AARP discount. According to Malissa it was for my inconvenience, then why wouldn’t I get the AARP if they were for two different things. She apologized Friday and did the same thing on Monday. I also am going to check around about cost. Almost a thousand dollars to install a pump. This is the third time I have had a complaint. Never have a complaint with Quick lane. Quick Lane is Courteous and I have always gotten follow up calls. Not pleased at all.
