Brand new Ford that has the all known cp4 fuel pump failure, and you guys blame it on bad diesel. We have receipts from Loves truck stop with the fuel being diesel. No bad diesel will ever do that kind of failure. Its a warranty repair for a faulty cp4 fuel pump. Our fleet of 20 fords have had them done . You guys did not even take a sample of diesel to provide as a proof for us to take it to a independent assesor. Did not even take a look at the truck. 10k on a ford which is now useless. Also have the nerve to charge 400$ for not doing anything. I told you it was not starting or cranking ( you supermechanic did the same thing , charged 400$ and told me it doesn’t work. No wonder Ford can’t even do a warranty repair right. Taking it up to corporate and a third party company to do a fuel analysis so we can show your mechanic what diesel fuel is. Maybe some classes in basic understanding will help. Thanks for nothing, and charging me 400$ on top of it.

The Quick Lane staff was excellent. They let me know they could do a recall along with my oil change so it saved me another trip. My issue is with the driver who took me home and picked me up to get my car. He made a comment about my home I felt was rude. He was playing a political radio show in the car. Play music and save your politics for your personal time.
