Very disappointed no one at Sutton informed me of to recall! If my husband had not investigated Carfax I wouldn't have known about it. I felt that no one understood how distressed I was when I could not reach anyone when I called the service department. The service department manager made me feel that I wasn't important enough for him to investigate the problem. I was very impressed Ms. Sutton called and spoke to me personally.
