My service coordinator Jessica should have asked me whether I had Ford Rewards points which I told her did. However when the service was completed, and it was time to pay, no further mention of the points and I forgot as well. I am going to contact Ford Rewards and inquire what I can do about the situation.

Jillian saw that the cashier was taking her time with another employee while I was sitting in line patiently trying to pay so I could continue my day. And she walked me back to the service area and went on and took care of the transaction while the cashier acted as if they didn’t see me standing there. I had been there an hour for an oil change and was ready to pay and go. Jillians extra effort made my day! Thank you Jillian. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

She was so very nice and friendly. You don’t find that courtesy in people to go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied. So when you find someone like that it’s easy to recognize and to understand that they are concerned about you and their job.
