The quick lane customer service rep, was friendly and curious, the time she told me the vehicle would be complete by was accurate, and I feel that was exactly what I needed to be able to plan my day off from work and be able to get my vehicle serviced using the Ford quick lane.

Jessica did good, but my service wasn’t good, the auto butler was half done, a lot of smear marks all over, the rear door jams wasn’t wiped clean only the front door jams, and the trunk opening was all dirty wasn’t wiped down. Also the metal plate or bracket was still hanging down underneath the passenger side. And I was overcharged for my oil change, I had a coupon from you guys for $47.99 but, the cashier made me pay $56.46 and I told her that was too much, and she said it was correct. Very disappointed ???? so tired of coming there, and getting poor service or half done service.
