Jillian was great. I was in for a second time for a service that was not done well the first time. Jillian made sure we were comfortable in our wait. She checked on my vehicle multiple times giving updates as to what stage progress was in. She was attentive to every guest that walked in. Truly an asset to your business.

My Auto Butler service was completely unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for this service and who ever did it dud not do a good job. Whatever was used to clean seats was sprayed on and then just left to dry and seats were spotted and not cleaned. I'm very disappointed with this service.
