Scheduled my auto butler service for 9:00am. Got to the dealership at 8:45am. I had to wait at the dealership because I did not have a ride home. After waiting 2 hours I walked outside and noticed that my truck was in the same spot I parked it in at 8:45am. I asked the fellow at the desk why it had not been brought in for the service. He asked me if it was in for an oil change and I told him no, just the Auto Butler service. At that time he went into the service area and came back out and told me they would get started on the service right away. Basically I did not get out of there until about 12:00 pm. When I bought the truck new and paid in full for this Auto Butler they told me it would take 1 to 2 hours. 4 hours is unacceptable. Scheduled the service for 9:00 and not getting it in until 11:00 is ridiculous. Your scheduling to many for the same timeframe. I paid good money for this service and you guys need to do what you told me you would. Not happy at all. This is the second time this has happened. Get it right or give me my money back. You will definitely not ever get my business back. Service is terrible and I will let it be known to Ford. Very unhappy.

I was very unsatisfied with my visit with sudden for today I got in at 7:15 AM and did not leave until 10:45 AM just for oil change and not the works. I am very upset. Did not wash my car after having it for over 20 some minutes it was sitting out front, most of my morning was spent at Sutton ford for a bacis oil change
