I had a terrible experience at another Ford dealership. After bringing my car in twice they were unable to diagnosis/ fix the problem and in fact potentially charged me $2,000.00 of unnecessary repairs. I needed my car fixed so decided to try Sutton. Paul was extremely patient, confident, and helpful. Within minutes of him being in my car he validated my concerns and assured me they could fix the problem - and they did! While you all had my car for almost two weeks Paul made sure that I had a rental and/or loaner to be able to drive. He has restored my faith in the Ford brand.

Victoria was wonderful. My car was towed to Sutton Ford due to Flat Tire on Saturday morning. She quickly called when the car was delivered and assessed the situation. I needed 4 new tires. Tires were quickly installed before the day was over and she also arranged pick up service for me to be able to pick up my car on Saturday. I am 100% Satisfied.
