I was told an oil change was 59. 00. When I went to cashier my bill was 76.35. And that was with a 25.00 coupon so my oil change was over 100.00. What happened to the 59.00 oil change?

Mr.Scott gave wonderful service to me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my concerns. But I wasn't happy about the Auto Butler ! They did a poor job with the interior. My car seats and vents are filthy, never was touched!!I was told by a staff, "we don't have a brush small enough to clean that vent! OMG! Why charge $6.80 for Shop Supplies,it just takes a toothbrush to clean.A Manager JT in Sales understood and told me to come back Tuesday.I appreciate him. Thanks
