After waiting an hour and a half for an oil change, upon asking I was told there were still two cars in front of me and it would be at least two more hours. I had an 11:00am apt. I was told all an apt meant was that I would be seen at some point that day. Why would I sit for four plus hours for an oil change? Ride service as well. I left and then I am getting texts that my service was complete. No. It wasn’t. Terrible communication on top of it all. I will never return.
