Jason was excellent, however, I was disappointed with the fact that I scheduled an appointment for an estimation of damages to my vehicle. I arrived on time, sat for almost an hour; only to be instructed to go around the corner to Gerber to try and find a parking spot [which I couldn't] for them to examine my vehicle. I left out of frustration. This was bogus and I wouldn't recommend nobody to come for service. Made an appointment with C.D.E. Collision for tomorrow, Thanks for nothing. Not even a call back to see if I was taken care of. RIGHT!!!!!!
