Andrew was very help and nice to me. I am a long time customer and I was treated very well by this young man. I am also a senior and I am treated so respectfully there. I enjoyed Andrew customer service he was great!

Well, instead of listening to the customer and trying to help. Automatically he assumed he knew what was going on and really had a condescending tone. Calling me out and verbally put out to all while I was there. Specifically by saying "ya ur tire is at 148 psi." Causing a reaction from other customers and workers. Implying that the fault was mine and should take better care of my vehicle. When the whole reason why I was there for relating a faulty tire sensor. Then to tell me in need to go back to Colorado Springs to get it fixed. I go to Len lyall specifically since Nolan has always treated me great as well as my family. Never having an issue with my truck until this sensor really questions if I should even bother with the services any further. I don't understand why I have to fight for good service. I don't understand the sense of customer service from the individual who serviced me during my visit. From the moment I pulled up I felt like I was a ****.
