I am beyond impressed with the service Robert gave me. He kept me very updated on the status of my truck. Very satisfied with Robert's attitude. Great guy with excellent work ethic. Defiantly will do lots of service with Robert.

I've only been a Chevy owner for about a year now. I love my Suburban. This was the second time that I have been to the Len Lyall service department, and both times have been a very pleasurable experience! Jose and the service manager-Marc treated my like family, and couldn't have done anything more to make my trip to the service department any nicer. They assured me that my list of needs would be quickly remedied to my satisfaction. (I had let a few things start to accumulate before I brought my car in. I was offered a shuttle service to take ne to work if needed. (I had a friend there to pick me up)I received several messages to my phone, updating me on their progress, which was a pretty cool way to let me know what was going on. They called and texted me as soon as my car was ready. I was expecting the repairs to take most of the day, but my car was ready to go by noon! I have sung your praises to anybody who will listen. The Len Lyall Chevy service department and their staff are the BEST!

Jose Ramos told me my car which had a recall on it would take awhile so he arranged for the shuttle driver to take me home and then bring me back to the dealer when it was done. That was excellent service and that's why I have my car serviced Len Lyall's all the time.
