It is my understanding when I bring my vehicle in for service you will vacuum the front floor and back floor. This is the 2nd time I have come in and that it did not happen.

Today everything didn’t seem to be up to Freedom Honda standards. It took a long time to check in even though I had an appointment. And they didn’t even have the right info for my appointment even though I filled it out in advance. When I paid for my vehicle I was told the vehicle was parked right outside the doors. It wasn’t there and they had to call for it again. Finally, when I got in the vehicle the maintenance minder was still on. I had to go get the service tech to come out and reset. I’ve seen this quality of service drop off the last few times I’ve been there. Will likely do my next service somewhere else.

My oil consumption has been an issue since purchasing my certified used Honda Accord with 34000 miles. I was initially told that Honda had no resolution for the issue. I was told that I needed to add oil on a regular basis. Very disappointed with this issue.

This is not Kevin’s fault, but apparently the running boards that were supposed to be installed today were lost or misplaced. Unfortunately, this wasn’t discovered until after I showed up for my appt and the service guys had my car for 20 minutes or so. Maybe it is better to make sure that the ordered parts actually make it in before the customer shows up? Kevin said that they can’t reorder it because they have already been billed, so I have to wait until they find it. If I’m lucky, that might be by next Tuesday. Kevin was very pleasant and considerate. Needless to say, I am not very happy, but I do understand that things happen.

Honestly I was happy with the service. The communication was not great if you are looking for feedback. The texts were late, in fact I received most of the afternoon having my car for 2-3 hours and actually another message the next morning. This communication made me feel like I am working with a robot and not actually communicating with a human. Overall I was taking care of and satisfied with the service.
