So the problem in regards to the missing part from my last review has been resolved. The running boards have been installed and I love them. They are good quality and solid. Kevin was incredible. He thanked me repeatedly for being patient with having to come back again to get this resolved. I believe after looking at my bill, that he may have given an additional small discount which I really appreciate. He felt badly that he was unable to get my car washed because their car wash was not working, but he offered to personally take it through if I brought my car back in the next few days. Very considerate and appreciated.

The work was probably fine. But... I had an appointment downtown this afternoon so I made a simple oil change appointment for 11AM. I learned, however, that it would take over 75 minutes to finish my oil change and over 10 minutes to stand in line at the service counter because management, employees, and/or corporate culture is/are so afraid of a bad review by pushy customers who don't make appointments, that you are willing to gamble on losing the business of those of us who are fooled into thinking making an appointment is something more than just scheduling a time to show up and take a number just to satisfy and cater to them.
