This has not been one of the best experiences that I have had with freedom Honda. I really believe I am coming back for the product rather than the service. I have recommended 3 Coworkers to your store and they ended up buying cars from you. I may have a hard time recommending going forward.

The work was eventually done. It was supposed to be thebnext day. They opened up my rear differential and found that parts were missing and installed incorrectly. Good they found it. However, they had to order parts so I didn't get my car for another few days. Over $2,500 later I got it back. They did give me a 10% Military discount on labor and through in some coupons. At least all work should be correctly done at the dealership. Glad to have my car back. I love mt CRV.

You could not ask for anyone to be any nicer or efficient than Alex wise. I’d also like to include the shuttle driver Stevie. I left my purse in the shuttle and he was kind enough to take it to Alex and call me. The service department as well extremely efficient and courteous you should be proud of all of them.
