$160 to tell me my window wasn’t working is ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous is it would have been an additional $490 to fix it. $650 for a $50 part is ridiculous. I always take my Honda there for service and usually do all the recommended maintenance. I was upset that the $160 fee was it waived when I told them what the problem was, and they didn’t do anything extra to confirm the problem. So pretty much I got a $225 oil change

We bought a used car from you in November 2019. We feel deceived because we were told that we were going to receive a three-year full service package with all services and fluids during that time given to us free of charge. Our contract said it was a great deal worth almost $700. Today when I got the oil change and rotation I was told that the offer we were given is only good for oil change and rotation. I have no idea how that adds up to $700. Therefore we feel we were lied to just so we would buy a used car off your lot.
