It took a good 10 mins to bring my car to the front after the service tech called back to ask for it to be brought forward. The service tech had to call a second time before the car was actually brought out. The service department was not busy at the time I came to pick up the car.

I was told I’d be contacted at 1 but didn’t hear anything until close to 2:30. When I finally arrived to pick up my car, they tried to charge me for an oil change I should have received for free.
