Great in person customer service. However, providing status is not as good. My car was there for almost 2 wks and I didn’t get any type of status until I called a week later. I called a couple of others times and left messages which weren’t returned. I understand Eliseo is busy helping other customers but there should be other service persons responsible for contacting the customer with status.

Eliseo is great - and his service is phenomenal. However, the tech who worked on the car made it a pigsty. Eliseo cleaned the driver side but passenger side was very dirty. Also the dust cap of the wheel that got worked on was missing. I paid extra for that dust cap set to get it in silver color. This is not the first time I got a dirty car back. My sedan went through the same experience. I would appreciate training the techs a bit better.
