I phoned numerous times inquiring about the recalled air bag. Each time time I spoke with trace who told me she would call as soon as the airbag arrived. Finally I walked into the dealership and spoke with the parts manager who informed me that the bad was in. I had the misfortune of dealing with Traci as my service advisor. She was unprofessional and dishonest. I was also told that my car needed a steering system part for $27.00 and approximately $2,500 in labor. I took the car to another dealership and was informed that there was no steering system leak.

Noah was a complete pleasure to work with. The service was beyond my expectations, everything from accommodating a walk in without an appointment and the expedient service I received. All my questions were answered and Noah was very accommodating. The service was done quickly and I received a shuttle ride each way. The service was better than what I have received in SF. Noah is an asset to your team in Marin.

One does not appreciate what one has until it is gone is an old adage. When I moved to San Francisco, I was too lazy to drive over the bridge and instead took my car to Mercedes Benz of SF. I was rather disappointed with the service I got there. The issues I brought up about my car were not fixed and I continued to get the run around about the airbag recall. The final straw was when my wife came to pick the car up she was not allowed to pick up the car. I had to be personally call the manager to allow my wife to pick up the car. Let me say that I was a little more than annoyed. Mark’s professionalism to listen and get the problems fixed with my car is welcome relief. He kept me abreast of issues as the came up and sought approval before doing any work. As an appreciation to Mark, when the time comes to replace my car with a new MB, I will start my car search with MB of Marin. I plan on purchasing a new MB when Mercedes makes more electric versions of their cars available. I prefer an electric MB over a Tesla and his is what is delaying my new car purchase.

Service was fine, my only complaints are: 1. I occasionally get an active curve system malfunction message. Service could not find a record of the fault code. 2. $1000 for a 50k service is incredibly steep. I do think that’s a ridiculously high cost.

Aside from loving my 2018 E63 wagon (the third One I have purchased from your dealership) I have a couple of equally convenient choices who to buy them from.
