Drew was correcting a problem that should have been found and corrected when you had my car in your shop for 5 weeks. It was related to replacing the brake pads and discs, which was the first thing you did, so you had over 4 weeks to find and correct the problem. It was an obvious problem, as it showed up as a warning message on my dashboard every time I started the car. It did it before I left the dealership, but it was after 5pm. No time to fix it so I had to bring it back in, which is difficult because I live in Benicia.
