I appreciate the ethics in which Lexus provides service. Unlike 3rd. Party mechanics that nickel and dime you for unevessary service, I appreciate that Longo Lexus keeps to its honesty and integrity of repairing and/or servicing my vehicle on what is required without the added unrequited service. This is very important to me.
