Great customer service from Rene Reynoso and technician Albert. However, the rattle noises from dashboard and radio is still not resolved and sounds even more pronounced after receiving the car from the dealer.

Beau was great. I’m very happy with the service and answers he’s provided. The complimentary car wash has been subpar the last few times I took the car in for service. It looked like no or very little water was washed and instead it was wiped with a dry cloth. There appears to be more fine scratches on the exterior than before I’d brought the car in.

From the moment we pulled up in the service area the gentleman that greeted us was super helpful. Surprisingly, When he was checking us in told us we were 2 hours early. I told him my appointment was for 11:15am. He told me the computer had it at 1:15pm? I know I told woman over the phone scheduling the appointment that I would only do morning appointments, so I would NOT get caught in rush hour traffic going home. Fortunately, I was told they would accommodate my appointment early. Julian (service technician) was excellent and helpful thru the service process, even notifying us the car had a recall issue that would be handled at the same service appointment. Chris that helped us with the loaner car was also excellent. I received a call from Julian later in the afternoon, questioning an issue with the front camera system. We discussed the issue that he stated would be fixed. When we picked up our car, again greeted by wonderful service outside. Walked inside to an empty reception desk. Waited at least 4 minutes for someone to return to that deak, in a real busy area? Woman approached finally and I felt as if I was a **** to her day, not welcomed, but did tell me she would help me get my car. She did get paperwork and told me she’d be back. When she returned she turned a computer screen toward me and said “sign” (pointing). I signed and she pointed another line and again said “sign,” while pointing. I told her wait, “what am I signing?” She stated, for the papers. I asked her what papers? She handed me a stack of papers. Again, feeling she just wanted me rushed away, I signed all forms electronically without any real knowledge of what I was signing. I felt like I was in the way. We went and sat for about 10 minutes when I noticed my car outside ready to go. I walked towards the doors, when the same reception person told me that she would call my name when it my car was brought up. I told her my car had already been brought up and I was leaving and not waiting for her to call me. I did ask to speak to service technician on duty about camera issue Julian had called me about. From what I gathered from Julian, the front camera on the car had been disconnected and he wondered how that had happened? He wondered if we had taken the car to someone else for work. We hadn’t. To our surprise when we left today, we realized that the front camera had never been connected and it was never caught before this service appointment. Imagine our surprise to see what we have been missing since we purchased the car. Disappointing to find out it wasn’t connected, but grateful a technician caught the problem and we now see all that was missed before with this camera. Again, love the service technicians both days there, service at check in/out desk when picking up the car was dismissive and lacked customer service. Love my RX 450h, LISA C
