John was good and did well for me. However the person who checked me in when I drove up failed to tell him I was there for the 80,000 service. That person did not tell John about the service only the problem I was having with the back door .
I've always enjoyed the service at Longo. I usually see Jennifer but she was off so I appreciated John.

Beau Ly is awesome. The greeter, Lester I believe his name was, is awesome. My problem is with the quality of the work performed by the technician. The back seat was removed and reinstalled with the seatbelt receivers underneath the seat. The rear sunshade popped out of the track after they replaced my speaker grill in the back of the car. There's a ton of black greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. You're working on an almost $55k car and you're getting your dirty fingerprints all over my light grey headliner? What the heck? I'm going back tomorrow. So lame...
