As usual everything went well. What made it so terrific was that I didn’t have an appointment and I thought that I had a starter problem. I was handled as if I made appointment weeks ago. Just this fact made the appointment and the remaining experience just great. Of course, Francis Saldana was excellent and handled the particulars as well as it can be handled as he always has done on the past! What was also important was that Mr Saldana explained the problem clearly and guided the handling the repair process with skill. Well done! FRANK G
