Kelly never called me once to keep me updated of the progress of my vehicle, nor was he present when I returned the loaner vehicle. I received perhaps an automated text to give me an update, but never a follow up from Kelly, everyone else I’ve ever dealt with at least has the courtesy to call. Maybe when I do the 70k service, I can get a follow up call. Or not take my business to Lexus again.
