Edgar the service Rep was terrific but the system is what was poor. I came in for the spare key for my recently purchased vehicle and two hours later I left . Edgar did what he could, but it was the process not him. You need to triage customer service needs. Getting a new key is not the same as getting a transmission replaced. After all you’re not Pep Boys!
