The costumer service is in hurry. After the service the complimentary car wash didnt wash it the car. They said they did but unfortunately they lie the car is dirty.

We are happy to get the service done.
However, we left a jacket in the loaner and we called in to see if it was turned in to the office. Since the service department was closed for the day, we need to call back on Monday. We wished that loaner department could contact us as soon as they inspected the returned loaner. This is just a simple suggestion that Longo can apply to get additional happy clients. Overall you guys are awesome!
