The repair work done to my ES350 ES exceeded my expectations. The service writer was very professional and even got my car because the service people were busy.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

When I came to drop off my car under appointment and I was told from the front staff who check in vehicles that I have to wait for my service representative. My appointment was 7:30 am and I waited till 8am. I finally went up to front desk and I was told they can’t check me in till my service representative was in the office. My representative wasn’t scheduled to come in till 9am that day. Finally someone else willing to help but he wasn’t happy to help me because I wasn’t schedule with him. He was rude as well as the staff who check in my car. Worse experience. No respect to customers.
