I spoke with a representative from the service department who stated that the license plate bracket was free of charge so I decided to come. In. Instead, when I got there, they told me it was 80 dollars. It also took 2 hours to install my license plate.

Hi. Longo offers excellent service; convenient and very efficient. The reason I do not recommend service hete. however, is they do things like charge $170 to read the codes that my engine is throwing . I have no problem paying well for actual repair work, but I was told it would be $170 just to do the diagnostics (i.e., read the codes that my car's computer was throwing). Too bad. I actually would prefer to always service my car at Longo, but the price gouging is well known and inexcusable. Honestly, the excessive charges may make money in the short-term, but will lose the dealership customer loyalty and business in the long-term. Hard to recommend to others due to the poor value (despite high quality).
