6/17/19 Eddie told me the car will be ready by 4PM approximately. I received his text around 3PM said " I will let you know when your car is ready". I assumed 4PM is the scheduled time. I didn't hear from him. I called at 6PM and left message. He called back at 615PM, saying will be ready in half hour. So I told him, I will pick up next day afternoon, as it will be late by the time the car is ready, service Dept should be closed at 7PM.
6/19/19, he called at 1014AM and told me I needed over $3000 to fix some problems. After reviewing the photos he sent, I told him "I need the car this afternoon, I won't do those repair today. I could bring it back next week". He persisted and told me, I have to do it today. And asked "do you have any problem with the load car". I confirmed that I need my car back today. Firstly, he didn't initial the call on 6/17/19 when the car wasn't ready at 4PM. Then he said the car will be ready in half hour. Then he said you need $3000 to fix the problem. I don't like the way his presentation and persisted to have the car fixed today. I brought the car to 2 other techs this afternoon, they all said "your car is not going to die today". Why Eddie pushed me. On top of that, Wendy at facilitation counter, she handled my payment around 1PM today. She had NO SMILE on her face. When I asked her to explain to me the invoice, she just read and didn't explanation. So I told her, you could smile. She has not intention to feel bad about her poker face. I have been with LONGO more than 25 years. Those service is not acceptable.
