I asked for my car to be washed. The advisor said this was part of the service. My car was returned unwashed. This was the 2nd time. When I told my advisor what happened the previous time, he said it’s an automatic wash and the car may not come back clean but the wheels:tires will be clean! Instead of ensuring that the experience wasn’t repeated he did not follow up to ensure my car was washed
