The service basically was good except my advisor got-off from work before I picked up my car. I picked up my car within an hour of receiving the service completion message. It’s no big deal if I only did a basic service but I had a 90,000 miles service. There were problems I wanted to discuss and confirm. Even he did called me and told me about the problem/concern of my car but I didn’t think thru it yet until a few minutes after the phone call so I wanted to discuss with him. The receptionist was nice enough to try to find me another advisor to help me but that advisor didn’t answer my question enthusiastically my because I wasn’t his customer. But overall I was happy with the service.
